What the Job is About
The technician will test raw materials, products in process, and finished goods. The goal is to make sure everything meets the companyโs quality rules.
The job also includes checking food safety systems like ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP. The technician will keep records for audits and help fix problems if something goes wrong.
Main Work You Will Do
This is not only about testing. The technician will guide the production team if there are mistakes. If needed, they can even stop the line to protect product quality.
They will also do baking and cooking tests for wheat, maize, pasta, rice, and mixes. Another important task is to check vitamin and mineral fortification so that food meets health needs.
What You Need
