Job Role
The clerk will manage all incoming deliveries and check the required documents. Your work will be to record purchase orders, manage goods in the warehouse, and keep files updated.
You will also follow up with suppliers to make sure deliveries are on time. Other tasks include handling containers, answering customer questions, and helping with stock counts.
Requirements
To apply, you must have Grade 12 or NSSCO with 20 points in 5 subjects. A certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Materials Management is helpful but not required.
You need at least two years of experience in logistics or warehouse work. Experience with inventory control and knowledge of dangerous goods will give you an advantage. A valid Code B/BE driverโs license is also needed.
