About the Job

The person in this role will manage credit cards, debit cards, and fuel cards. The work includes planning, updating, and making sure these products meet customer needs. The job also focuses on increasing income and keeping customers happy.

Main Work

This role includes many duties such as:

• Managing the full card product process, from start to finish.
• Working with teams, branches, and Visa to improve services and rewards.
• Making sure cards bring in more income through smart pricing and promotions.
• Checking card policies, rules, and keeping everything safe and compliant.
• Helping branches, call centres, and clients with card questions.
• Launching new card services and updating training material for staff.
• Updating product details in brochures, posters, and marketing content.

What You Need

• Grade 12 and at least 5 years of work experience in card operations, retail banking, or product management.
• Experience in digital banking, card sales, or marketing.
• Good skills in finance, problem solving, and planning.
