About the Job
The role is about managing credit cards, debit cards, and other card products. You will help design new card services and improve existing ones. The job also includes working with Visa and other teams like IT, operations, and retail branches.
What You Will Do
You will make sure card products are working well and meeting customer needs. You will plan new campaigns to grow card usage and help the bank earn more income. You will also check card charges, update manuals, and guide branches on card rules.
Customer support is a big part of the job. You will help branches and the call centre with card queries and make sure clients get quick service. You will also help manage risks and keep card services safe.
Skills Needed
You need at least 5 years of experience in card services or marketing. Good problem-solving, planning, and financial skills are required. You must know how to use MS Office and have experience with card systems like Postilion.
Qualification
A Grade 12 certificate is required. Training like PASA or Visa certifications will be an advantage. Having experience in retail banking and card operations is very important.
