About the Job

The main work is to make sure all construction meets high quality standards. The specialist will work with contractors and managers to keep the project safe and on track. They will check work against ISO standards, handle audits, and fix problems when issues come up. Training team members and encouraging quality practices will also be important.

What You Need

You must have a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a similar field. Fields like civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical are best. You need 5–10 years of QA or QC experience in mining or process plants. Having CQA or CQE certificates will give you an advantage. You must understand ISO systems, QA tools, and be good at solving problems. A valid driver’s license and medical fitness are also required.

Main Duties

The specialist will run the Quality Management System (QMS) and make sure it meets standards. They will check that all construction matches design and safety needs. They must handle non-conformance issues, guide audits, and train staff to build a culture of quality.
