About Potentia

Potentia is a Foundation that helps young people start and grow businesses. It offers support through education, funding, and mentorship. The Foundation works in Namibia, Botswana, and eSwatini to grow leaders who bring positive change.

The Role

The job is for a Project Coordinator: New Business Ventures. The person will help the Regional Head with projects and young entrepreneurs. The job is about supporting businesses, managing programmes, and linking them with mentors and investors.

Main Work

The coordinator will run projects from start to finish. This includes leading programmes like the Venture Studio, Talent Investor, and Allan Gray Makers TVET programme. The role also supports the EBN Association, which gives Fellows training, mentoring, and networking. Another part of the job is building strong partnerships with universities, training centres, and investors. Reports will be given to the Regional Head about the progress.

Requirements

Applicants must have an Honours degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a similar subject. At least 2โ€“3 years of work in entrepreneurship, incubation, or project work is required. Good skills in project management, problem-solving, and communication are important. A Masterโ€™s degree or project management certificate will be an extra benefit.
