What You Need
- Namibian citizenship
- A 3-year qualification in areas like law, auditing, or risk management
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of financial services, criminal law, and labour law
- Certification in Fraud Examination (CFE) or Internal Auditing (CIA) is a plus
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is helpful
- Strong investigative and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Plan and carry out investigations into fraud and financial crime
- Keep detailed records of investigations and create reports for management
- Conduct fraud risk assessments and provide training to staff
- Help check the effectiveness of internal controls and report on improvements
- Work closely with business teams to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
