About the Job
The Project Administrator will help projects stay on track. The work includes handling documents, keeping timelines, and supporting project teams.
Main Work
The job includes handling permits, checking invoices, and organizing transport and stay for workers. The person will also support community projects and use MS Office tools like Excel and Word.
Who Can Apply
You need a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Project Management, Business, Public Administration, or Community Development. A driverโs license and 2โ3 years of experience are required. Good English and strong organisation skills are also needed.
Work Hours
The job is for at least 6 months. Work hours are 08h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday. Most work is in the office, but some site visits may be needed.
