What You Will Do
The analyst will support business teams, answer helpdesk calls, and check systems to avoid problems. The job also includes training staff, fixing issues, and helping tech and business teams work together.
What You Need
- A Diploma in Business Systems, Computing, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience (Banking, Finance, Courier, or Logistics is preferred)
