About the Job
The manager will guide ICT market growth in Namibia. The work will make sure operators share infrastructure fairly and follow the rules. The role also supports new businesses that want to enter the ICT market.
The person hired will speak for Namibia at regional and international ICT meetings and help keep the countryโs market modern and fair.
What You Will Do
The job includes checking fair prices for sharing infrastructure, reviewing tariffs, and keeping competition open and honest. The manager will also lead research projects and provide reports that help guide CRANโs decisions.
Requirements
- Honours degree in Economics (Level 8)
- Management Development Programme
- Knowledge of data or statistics is a plus
- 6โ7 years in economics with research experience
- 3โ4 years in a supervisory role
- Good in MS Office and data analysis
- Strong communication and people skills
- Valid BE Driverโs License
- Police clearance needed for shortlisted applicants
